Air Ticketing Refund Policy:
- Cancellation by Customer: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer, regardless of the reason.
- Cancellation by Us: In the event of flight cancellations or changes initiated by us, customers will not be entitled to a refund. Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
Visa Processing Refund Policy:
- Application Rejection: All visa processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application, including rejections by the embassy or consulate.
- Cancellation by Customer: Once a visa processing request has been initiated, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer at any stage of the process.
